Community Christian put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their undefeated season alive. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Gramercy Christian Warriors a 12-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 13-0 two weeks ago.

Emilia Macias made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Community Christian got a big performance out of Isabella Ford, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Those three stolen bases gave Ford a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Logan Hawkins, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI.

Community Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .435. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .300 or higher in three consecutive games.

Community Christian pushed their record up to 12-0-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Gramercy Christian, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9.

As of now, neither Community Christian nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
