Meanwhile, The Covenant Preparatory School can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They claimed a resounding 79-48 victory over Lifestyle Christian at home. The win was nothing new for The Covenant Preparatory School as they're now sitting on four straight.
Jay Reyes was his usual excellent self, scoring 29 points along with six rebounds and five assists. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Tye Leatherman was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with seven assists and seven rebounds.
Founders Christian's win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 14-11. As for The Covenant Preparatory School, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-5.
