The Christian Ministries Academy Conquerors are taking a road trip to square off against the Gospel Light Christian Lions at 7:30 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

On Tuesday, everything went Christian Ministries Academy's way against Valley Christian as Christian Ministries Academy made off with a 67-46 win. The Conquerors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Gavin Hicks continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 26 points and ten boards. He has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last 19 times he's played. Nolan Bradshaw was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Gospel Light Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in December of 2024. They blew past Legacy Academy 56-36 on Monday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Lions considering their 24-point performance the game before.

Christian Ministries Academy pushed their record up to 15-3 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.5 points per game. As for Gospel Light Christian, their win bumped their record up to 7-10.

Everything came up roses for Christian Ministries Academy against Gospel Light Christian when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 72-40 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Christian Ministries Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
