Soccer Recap: Hillsboro vs. Greenville
If Hillsboro was riding high fresh off their 5-0 takedown of Pana last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hillsboro Hiltoppers came up short against the Greenville Comets on Tuesday, falling 5-1. The Hiltoppers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Comets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September.
Hillsboro's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8-1. As for Greenville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-10-1.
As of now, neither Hillsboro nor Greenville have any future games scheduled.
