Northridge's leading scorer did her thing again on Friday. Sophia Carbajal dropped a double-double with 18 points and 19 boards. The performance marked the most rebounds she has had since back in December of 2024. Her evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points.

Looking ahead, Carbajal and Northridge are taking a road trip to square off against Mountain View at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Carbajal has dominated as far as shooting accuracy are concerned (she's averaged 52% per game this season), but she's got her work cut out for her considering the Mountain Lions have only allowed 0.17 per game this season.
