Volleyball Recap: Cedaredge Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Cedaredge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Montezuma-Cortez Panthers. The Bruins were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-23, 20-25, 25-13, 25-23.

Cedaredge's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Montezuma-Cortez, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-5.

Looking ahead, Cedaredge will head out to challenge Grand Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, Montezuma-Cortez and Alamosa will shake off the rust and duke it out at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
