After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lewisburg, Saltillo was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They beat Ripley by a goal, winning 4-3. Saltillo wouldn't have won without Karson Weber, who scored the game-winner.

The win got Saltillo back to even at 3-3. As for Ripley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Saltillo is taking a road trip to challenge Tupelo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tupelo's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Saltillo's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Ripley, they will host Tishomingo County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
