Softball Recap: Newton's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Newton fell victim to Warren Hills Regional and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 10-0 to the Blue Streaks. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Braves' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Having lost for the first time this season, Newton fell to 2-1. As for Warren Hills Regional, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Newton will head out to take on Wallkill Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Warren Hills Regional, they will challenge Bridgewater-Raritan at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
