Basketball Recap: Birch Run Gets the Win

Birch Run's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Hill-McCloy Rams 51-48. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rams, too.

Birch Run's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Hill-McCloy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Birch Run will host Chesaning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hill-McCloy, they will face off against Lakeville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
