Basketball Recap: Bethel Academy's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Eight

Bethel Academy entered their tilt with Clinton Christian Academy on Tuesday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 51-50 win over the Clinton Christian Academy Patriots. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-42 back in December of 2024.

Clinton Christian Academy's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Parker Lowe, who posted 11 points and five rebounds, and Raymond Hood, who went 6 for 13 en route to 17 points. Lowe is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games he's played. Another player making a difference was Collin Higgins, who put up seven points.

Bethel Academy's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.7 points per game. As for Clinton Christian Academy, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-5.

Bethel Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Clinton Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Outreach Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Clinton Christian Academy has insisted on making their lastthree contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 2-1 during that stretch of close contests.
