Volleyball Recap: Frederic Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Frederic and Turtle Lake squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Frederic had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Lakers. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Lakers recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Frederic took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-14, 25-20.

Frederic's defeat dropped their record down to 11-19. As for Turtle Lake, they pushed their record up to 24-12 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Frederic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Turtle Lake, they will face off against Prairie Farm at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
