Soccer Recap: Skyridge Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Skyridge had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Westlake Thunder a 1-0 shutout. Christian Poll had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Skyridge.

Skyridge pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those six games. As for Westlake, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
