Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Carlson). They strolled past the Jefferson Bears with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 51-32. The victory was nothing new for the Marauders as they're now sitting on four straight.

Carlson pushed their record up to 4-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.0 points per game. As for Jefferson, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Carlson will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Grosse Ile at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Jefferson also won't see the court for a while: their next game is against Anderson at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
