After flying high against Junction on Friday, Johnson City came back down to earth. The Eagles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Burnet Bulldogs on Monday. The Eagles' loss signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Johnson City's defeat dropped their record down to 32-10. As for Burnet, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-9 record this season.
