Softball Recap: Aletheia Christian Academy Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matchups, Aletheia Christian Academy finally came back down to earth on Friday. They came up short against the Central Christian Saints, falling 12-0. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Saints recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Aletheia Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Central Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season.

Aletheia Christian Academy will challenge Pine Forest at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Central Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
