Lafayette Central Catholic kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 53-40 to Harrison.
Despite their loss, Lafayette Central Catholic saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Charlie Seaburg, who scored 12 points, was perhaps the best of all. Alex Hardebeck was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Meanwhile, Twin Lakes pushed their score all the way to 56 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 66-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lafayette Jefferson.
Lafayette Central Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Twin Lakes, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Everything came up roses for Lafayette Central Catholic against Twin Lakes in their previous matchup back in February as the squad secured a 55-26 victory.
