Baseball Recap: Gaston Picks Up Eighth Straight Win at Home

Gaston made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Glencoe, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Gaston Bulldogs were the clear victor by an 18-5 margin over the Glencoe Yellowjackets on Monday. The contest marked the Bulldogs' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Gaston pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.1 runs on average over those games.
