Liberty Christian got themselves on the board against Parish Episcopal on Friday, but Parish Episcopal never followed suit. They didn't even let the Panthers on the board, marking their second-straight 11-0 shutout. Considering the Warriors have won six games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Makenzie Byler made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Byler was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 4-for-4. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Pearl Battaglia, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run and four RBI. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. Paige Childers was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one triple.

Liberty Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .611. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Liberty Christian is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Parish Episcopal, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-5.
