Auburn played against Bland County on Monday and won via forfeit.

Auburn has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Bland County, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

Coincidentally, Auburn and Bland County will both be playing Eastern Montgomery the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Bears will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
