The Cavaliers haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

San Diego Academy's win came from a few key players Cristo Rey will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Story Avitia, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 15 rebounds. He has been hot for a while, having posted eight or more boards the last 22 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Lindquist, who posted 14 points and three steals.
