Camden County is 9-0-1 against Gates County since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Bruins will be playing at home against the Red Barons at 5:00 p.m. Camden County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season.

Camden County fought the good fight in their overtime match against Manteo on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 3-1 to the Redskins. It was the first time this season that Camden County let down their fans at home.

Their goal came courtesy of Ethan Barclift, who's now up to five this season.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Gates County made sure to put some goals up on the board against Bear Grass Charter on Monday. They walked away with a 4-2 win over the Bears. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Gates County's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Gates County's victory bumped their record up to 9-5-1. As for Camden County, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-3-2.

Camden County took their win against Gates County in their previous meeting back in August of 2024 by a conclusive 5-1 score. Will the Bruins repeat their success, or do the Red Barons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
