Weatherford came tearing into Thursday's contest with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the El Reno Indians. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by six runs or more this season.

Weatherford's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-9. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for El Reno, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-8-2.
