Soccer Recap: Moravian Academy Comes Up Short

If Moravian Academy was riding high fresh off their 9-0 takedown of Salisbury Township on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lions came up short against the Allentown Central Catholic Vikings on Saturday, falling 3-0.

Moravian Academy's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-5-1. As for Allentown Central Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3-1 record this season.

Moravian Academy will venture away from home to square off against Southern Lehigh at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Allentown Central Catholic, they will face off against Pocono Mountain East at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
