Baseball Recap: Innovation Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Innovation proved they can win big last Friday (they won by ten) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Edgewater Eagles 5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Bulls sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Luis Rodriguez was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Nyran Jeter was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Innovation's record now sits at 5-1. As for Edgewater, they moved to 5-6 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Innovation will challenge Lake Buena Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Edgewater, they will square off against Colonial at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
