Grainger had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Claiborne Bulldogs by a score of 7-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-1 on Tuesday.

Connor May was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Lane Epperson also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Grainger pushed their record up to 9-11 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Claiborne, they now have a losing record of 9-10.

Coming up, Grainger will face off against Jefferson County at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Claiborne, they will challenge Hancock County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
