Mogollon is 1-6 against Alchesay since April of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Tuesday. The Mogollon Mustangs will host the Alchesay Falcons  at 2:00  p.m. Mogollon is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.8  runs per game  this season.
Alchesay will be up against a hot Mogollon  team: the  squad just extended their winning streak to three. Mogollon was the clear victors by  a  17-6 margin over Holbrook last Saturday. Considering the Mustangs have won four matchups by more than five  runs this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.

Mogollon got a  massive  performance out of  Yoyo Suarez, who  went 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases, four  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  four  RBI gave  Suarez a new career-high.  Quinn Tenney was another key player,  going 1-for-2 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  triple.
 Mogollon  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  struck out at most five  strikeouts every time they've taken the field this season.
Alchesay hadn't beaten Chinle on the road since March 26, 2019 but that history sure didn't bother them  on Saturday. Alchesay came out on top in a nail-biter against Chinle, sneaking past  4-3.
 Chez Massey spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned runs on nine hits.
 On the hitting side,  Kyrin Ivins was  incredible,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run and two  runs. The team also got some help courtesy of  Japeth Henry, who  scored two  runs and  stole  Three bases. while  getting on base  in two of his four plate appearances.
 Alchesay's victory was  their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 9-2. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.6 runs over those games. As for Mogollon, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.
 Tuesday's   game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Mogollon hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .415. However, it's not like Alchesay struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .428. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
