Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rochelle). They blew past the LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers 6-2 on Wednesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Rochelle considering their one-goal performance the match before.

Rochelle's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 6-7. As for LaSalle-Peru, they dropped their record down to 0-10 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rochelle will venture away from home to challenge Indian Creek at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for LaSalle-Peru, they will head out to take on Morris at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
