Football Game Preview: Woodland Wolfpack vs. McDonough Warhawks + How To Watch

After each having a week off, the Woodland Wolfpack and the McDonough Warhawks will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Woodland's offense hasn't had much luck over their past four matchups, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Woodland's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Ola last Friday. They were outmatched by the Mustangs and fell 63-0. While losing is never fun, the Wolfpack can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 269th, while the Mustangs are ranked 81st).

Meanwhile, McDonough ended up a good deal behind Locust Grove last Friday and lost 30-16.

Woodland's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for McDonough, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.

Woodland strolled past McDonough when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a score of 41-27. Do the Wolfpack have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warhawks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
