Softball Game Preview: Springfield Bulldogs vs. Lakeshore

Springfield is 0-6 against Lakeshore since February of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against Lakeshore at 5:30 p.m.

Springfield fell victim to Doyle and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 10-0. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Bulldogs were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Lakeshore earned a 10-5 victory over Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for Lakeshore.

This is the second loss in a row for Springfield and nudges their season record down to 6-12. As for Lakeshore, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.
