Volleyball Recap: LEAD Academy Comes Up Short

LEAD Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lebanon Blue Devils.

LEAD Academy started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-19, 15-7.

LEAD Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Lebanon, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

As of now, neither LEAD Academy nor Lebanon have any future games scheduled.
