Carver put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Hapeville Charter Hornets by a score of 14-7. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered a 15-12 loss the last time these two teams met.

Corey Fletcher was the offensive standout of the game as he threw for 162 yards on only 14 passes, and also punched in one rushing score.

Carver's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Hapeville Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

That matchup will pit two of the most dominant s against one another: Michael Johnson Jr. and Jared Earley. Meanwhile, Hapeville Charter will take on rival Holy Innocents Episcopal at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
