Football Game Preview: Vashon Island Pirates vs. South Whidbey Falcons + How To Watch

The Vashon Island Pirates will face off against the South Whidbey Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 12 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Vashon Island and nine for South Whidbey dating back to last season.

Vashon Island's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against East Jefferson [Port Townsend/Chimacum] on Saturday. They had to suffer through a 47-0 loss at the hands of the Rivals.

Meanwhile, South Whidbey also failed to score in their most recent game. They were outmatched by Cedar Park Christian and fell 40-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Falcons have suffered against the Eagles since September 19, 2015.
