After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Celina, Frisco was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Fossil Ridge Panthers, sneaking past 5-4. That's more bragging rights for the Raccoons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Colten King was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in hits (three). Another player making a difference was Owen Watson, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Frisco kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

The victory got Frisco back to even at 4-4. As for Fossil Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3-1.

Looking ahead, Frisco will take on Hebron in a tournament on Thursday. Frisco is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season. As for Fossil Ridge, they will be taking part in a tournament against Richland at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
