Carver A&T was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 20th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 72-48 to the Patapsco Patriots. One positive for the Wildcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Carver A&T's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Patapsco, their win ended a 13-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-11.

Carver A&T and Patapsco could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Maryland Rankings. Carver A&T (ranked 290th) will meet Dulaney (ranked 59th) at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Similarly, Patapsco will square off against New Town on Wednesday down 230 places (275 vs. 45).
