Adna is 7-1 against Rainier since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Pirates will challenge the Mountaineers at 7:00 p.m. Adna will be strutting in after a win while Rainier will be coming in after a loss.

While Adna's victory against Napavine wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Pirates had just enough and edged out the Tigers 3-2. The win continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won eight in a row.

Meanwhile, Rainier came up short against Onalaska on Thursday and fell 3-1.

Adna's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Rainier, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3-1.

Adna took their win against Rainier in their previous meeting back in November of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
