Chamberlain is 9-1 against Gregory since January of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Chamberlain Cubs will square off against the Gregory Gorillas at 7:45 p.m. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Chamberlain and nine for Gregory dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Gregory's game on Thursday was all tied up 24-24 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 53-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kimball/White Lake.

Chamberlain will have to keep a close watch on Dani Vanderwerff and Regan Graesser, a pair of players who had a big impact on Gregory's prior game. Vanderwerff went 7 of 11 en route to 18 points and six steals, while Graesser went 8 for 16 on her way to 18 points. That was a full 39.1% of Gregory's points, marking the eighth time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points.

Chamberlain's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Gregory, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Chamberlain didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Gregory when the teams last played back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 55-50 win. Will Chamberlain repeat their success, or does Gregory have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
