Softball Recap: Thunder Ridge Titans vs. Pocatello Thunder

Thunder Ridge faced Pocatello in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Titans sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 win over the Thunder. That's two games straight that the Titans have won by exactly two runs.

Carly Jones tossed a big game, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent : she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
