Baseball Recap: Clayton-Ridge Comes Up Short

Clayton-Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Kee Kee Hawks, falling 9-3. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 5-0 to the Kee Hawks when the teams met back in June of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Clayton-Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Kee, their win bumped their record up to 8-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Kee Hawks beat Clayton-Ridge by a score of 9-1 later that day.
