Pine-Richland entered their tilt with Penn Hills on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They claimed a resounding 63-19 victory over the Indians. With the Rams ahead 42-7 at the half, the game was all but over already.

AARON STRADER produced another solid performance rushing for 116 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only seven carries, while also throwing for 98 yards and two TDs. Those 116 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. KHALIL TAYLOR got in on the action as well, returning a kick for a touchdown.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Pine-Richland was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 327 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 254 rushing yards in three consecutive contests.

Pine-Richland's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. In fact, those sacks all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut COLTON ANDRIGHETTI. Pine-Richland received some extra help from CHRIS LENTZ, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Pine-Richland's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Penn Hills, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Pine-Richland will face off against Greater Latrobe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Penn Hills, they will challenge Mt. Lebanon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
