Softball Recap: Cold Springs Takes a Loss

After soaring to ten runs the game before, Cold Springs was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They came up short against the Winston County Yellowjackets, falling 12-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Eagles have suffered against the Yellowjackets since April 15, 2025.

Cold Springs' loss dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Winston County, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 8-17.

As of now, neither Cold Springs nor the Yellowjackets have any future games scheduled.
