Football Game Preview: Chatham Cougars vs. Roxbury Gaels + How To Watch

The Chatham Cougars will square off against the Roxbury Gaels at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Saturday, Chatham was able to grind out a solid win over Livingston, taking the game 24-14.

Meanwhile, Roxbury won against Montville two weeks ago with 16 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Gaels narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Morris Knolls 16-13. The contest marked the Gaels' most dominant win of the season.

Roxbury found their leader in sophomore Frankie Falco, who rushed for 164 yards and a pair of TDs.

Chatham's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Roxbury, their win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-2.

Everything came up roses for Chatham against Roxbury in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 45-7 victory. In that game, the Cougars amassed a halftime lead of 21-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Saturday.
