It was a good run, but White River unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Monday. They lost 3-0 to the Bennett County Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 25-14.

White River's defeat dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Bennett County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 19 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. White River will square off against Lower Brule on Tuesday. As for Bennett County, they will venture away from home to challenge Todd County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
