Royal waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Connell Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 on Tuesday.

The team relied heavily on Ernie Weeks, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Bryan Larsen, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Royal's victory bumped their record up to 11-7-1. As for Connell, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-5.
