Watertown had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.6 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Chippewa Falls Cardinals. That's two games straight that the Goslings have won by exactly three runs.

Watertown's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-4. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Chippewa Falls, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-12.
