Volleyball Recap: Missisquoi Valley Falls Short Against Ranked Randolph

Missisquoi Valley faced Randolph in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Thunderbirds lost 3-0 to the Ghosts. The loss continues a trend for the Thunderbirds in their meetings with the Ghosts: they've now lost five in a row.

While Missisquoi Valley was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Randolph's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-12, 25-19.

Missisquoi Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Randolph, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-3.
