Volleyball Recap: High Point Central Comes Up Short

High Point Central and West Rowan squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but High Point Central had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Falcons. The Bison's loss continues a trend for the squad, making it nine in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-7, 25-17.

Reese Poole was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had ten digs and six aces. Those six aces gave her a new career-high.

High Point Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for West Rowan, their record now sits at 12-10.

High Point Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Rowan, they will challenge North Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
