Baseball Recap: Valley Head Tigers vs. Skyline Vikings
Valley Head's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They came out on top against the Skyline Vikings by a score of 7-2. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Vikings last Tuesday, they had to take a 11-4 defeat.
Andy Cano spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on six hits and racked up nine Ks. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Valley Head is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 3-7 otherwise.
