Preview: Calvary Christian Academy Cougars vs. The Christian Academy
Calvary Christian Academy has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on The Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
Last Tuesday, Calvary Christian Academy ended up a good deal behind Dock Mennonite and lost 56-38. While losing is never fun, Calvary Christian Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 434th, while Dock Mennonite is ranked 136th).
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for The Christian Academy, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 59-45 loss to Tri-State Christian on Saturday.
Calvary Christian Academy's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5. As for The Christian Academy, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
