The Lapel Bulldogs are taking a road trip to face off against the Tri-Central Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Lapel is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.9 goals per game this season.

Lapel's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over Kokomo. Give Lapel's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

They hit Kokomo with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Addy Alsup (2), Leila Wilson (2), Dylan Wedekind, and Sophie Goodwin.

Meanwhile, Tri-Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 7-0 to Marion.

Lapel's win bumped their record up to 13-0. As for Tri-Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8-1.

Lapel took their victory against Tri-Central in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 7-0 score. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trojans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
