Basketball Game Preview: Argo Argonauts vs. Reavis Rams

Argo is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Reavis a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Monday. The Argo Argonauts will be playing at home against the Reavis Rams at 6:00 p.m.

On Wednesday, Argo lost to Nazareth Academy on the road by a 55-41 margin. While losing is never fun, the Argonauts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 503rd, while the Roadrunners are ranked 251st).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Reavis). They breezed past Mansueto to the tune of 76-49 on Thursday.

Reavis' win bumped their record up to 9-17. As for Argo, their loss dropped their record down to 8-22.

Argo strolled past Reavis in their previous matchup on February 3rd by a score of 66-48. Do the Argonauts have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
